Heartlands: The Arena does not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

The application may access your Meta (Oculus) user ID through the Meta platform solely for the purpose of verifying game ownership and enabling normal platform functionality. This information is handled entirely by the Meta platform and is not stored by Big Top Game Studio or Medieval Interactive.

Heartlands: The Arena does not operate external servers and does not maintain user accounts.
